My internet keeps freezing

this happened just over thanksgiving, ok I dont know what happened here, ever since i downloaded windows live onto my gateway labtop dont know the year of it but we got it not even a year ago and, I havent been able to type in a website into my address bar with out it freezes. what happened is, the day i got it i could, then the next day i couldnt type them in i could choose websites out of that scroll thing, now i cant do even that! I have to search up were i want to go. what happened and what do i do? I already got rid of all live messinger stuff and it still is doing it. what do i do?! Please help me!

You shuld be able to restore you PC to an earlier date by using system restore. Click Start>Programs>Acessories>System tools>System restore then click a restore point before you istalled Windows live. Hope this helps :-)

Could be a problem with device drivers , hardware or software . This problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html

try to go to www.google.com and type in whatever you need to and then go from there
