I cannot reach my comcast e-mail.

When I tr y to get my e-mail on the computer I cannot find the button to push it has disappeared. My address is (email removed)

Perform system restore when u were able to access your email. Click start, all programs, accessories, system tool, system restore. that will restart the system. Than try to access your email and see what happens

You will see a calander, select the date when you were able to access email normally. Click next.
