hi i have 360 share for some time and the libary has disapeared i cant get it back or make a play list up i have got my self a mp3 player and tryed to down load it on to it and lost all my libary also my desk top is old and bought mew lap top and tryed to down load 360 share on it but it wont conect to internet it works tought a router can i down load music tought roughter please can you tell me thanks

what is this to fill out i payed 360 share a life time member ship and you cant answer that s bad press

I paid 4 2 yrs of 360sharing had my pc worked on reinstalled 360share pro & i can’t get into the web site any more, help.

I have just found out the phone number for 360 share. A few months ago I lost my 360 share as my computer went down and I had to start from scratch. The phone number is 0018884486889. They were very helpful when I telephoned them.

When I had my Library on 360 Share all my music went into my documents and settings/shared on my computer. I also have a small backup hard drive I think they are called and I backup all my music on that. You could try going into my computer and click on search and ask your computer to search for a particular piece of music. Other wise if you can’t find it you will have to start your library again on 360 share. I put the phone number of 360 share on the website because for a long time I didn’t know it and I thought it might help a few people who have lost their 360 share as they were complaining they did not know how to contact them. I am sorry if I have not been much help to you. You could always ring the number above they were very helpful when I rang them. If you are with Talk Talk it is free to ring international countries if you have your broadband with them.

It sounds like it is your internet signal that is going down. When this happens I usually switch off my computer. Then I put it on again - I connect to 360 share. Then I go to file and disconnect and then I connect again and usually my music starts to download. I don’t know whether this will help you.
