screen help: Please Help, - Help.com

Please Help,

I have problem with my server domain (using in my lab)
my server is always restart, when i am boot my server
it process but in the middle of process it show flash blue screen
and restart over.

please anyone can help me to solve this problem.
note: iam using scsi drive, i can’t view my file
on that drive via dos.

Sound like some bootup filed is bad or missing. You my need to take it to Bestbuy and have them to look at it.

Dose your system boot up in protected mode? To do that you must hit the f8 key as soon as the computer is booting up. You should get a menu upon start up. Select protected mode with the keyboard up and down arrows and hit enter. If your system boots into Windows you have either added a new program or device that is not compatible with your operating system. Remove the offending device or program and reboot again in the same way. This time choose the restore mode. Select a date on the calendar previous to when your problem started and restore your system.

all way boot mode i have try,
and finally iam reinstall the operating system.
But another error come up.
i get this error code “(0×4, 0, 0, 0)”
setup cannot continue.

how to resolve this?

I can’t really say. I don’t know what that error means. Try starting over from scratch. If you keep getting the error you may have to obtain a different setup CD. You might check with Your computer’s tech support or Microsoft Tech Support.

and all is going work.
