Laziness is REALLY rubbish. I need to revise, but can’t be bothered.

dwboutitbr that’s horrible advice. you are always in control of your life. if you’re feeling lazy or other things, that to me is a sign that you’re not happy with the way things are going. figure out what you don’t like about what you’re doing now, and try to find out what you want/like to do in life.

when you do what you want to do, laziness is never a question. you’ll be so happy to do, you won’t be able to help yourself.

dietquizen, im glad you caught that. Cause i did not get depression out of that when i read it. You would not have liked the answer I was about to give.
I guess lazziness was not the best choose of words to decribe his depression for me.

I got know

if you want to resign yourself to something out of your control, it’s your prerogative. i’ve been down the lazy/unhappy road. changes in your life and goals have a profound impact on your work ethic and general mood. it helped me to find a goal to work towards, and for that goal to be something i’m passionate about. since then i know i’ve been much better in all areas of my life, not just work.

the most important thing to remember is we are *never* out of control of our lives.

bad brain- ummm that excuse doesn’t really work. you may think you have a bad brain but in the end it’s the fact you aren’t willing to change. if you have the mindset that you can, then you will. for the original post, i think that because you see yourself failing it makes you not want to try because you are officially down on yourself– but with a some hard work you’ll see its worth it in the end. once you realize what work will do for you, your entire attitude on life will change. goals will become more attainable and you will see the good of the future. best of luck to you.

You just need to get motivated. try to start a routine and a schedule. you just have to set your mind to it. once you make up your mind that you want to do better you can and accomplish anything. think about what keeps you from accomplishing the things you want. for example if you find yourself watching tv instead of doing school work then put your tv away so you can’t watch it. tv was something that used to prevent me from doing things around my house that i need to do. i would find myself having to watch a show then another one and stuff like that. i got rid of the tv and i am able to do so much more wether it is house hold chores, school work, exercise, whatever bc i don’t have nothing to interupt me
