i’ve been gaining whieght rapidly over the last few weeks.

i am very active but i do eat alot of sweets. i’m not fat , just a growing girl. i want to find a sweet that dosen’t make me grow so much. any ideas?

fill up on soup.
don’t skip meals - it actually makes you gain more weight because your metabloism slows down making you fater.
avoid high calorie foods like chips, sugar, sweets, peanut butter, etc. your body does a very good job of converting sweets DIRECTLY into fat!
eat lots of protein with every meal.
LIMIT PORTIONS-portion control is the only way to lose weight.
Every time you think you’re hungry, go do something else. walk or do your homework.
stop eating so many snacks.

You’ll be happy when you’re happy with your body weight. So just try and stick to a strict diet and you’ll be happier. =)

Chocolate dusted rice cakes. A fresh-fruit salad with a low-fat yogurt. Raisons (always my hippie parents favourite in the 70’s when all our friends were stuffing cakes down their faces).

get a sticky tape and put it over your mouth ,take it of only three times a day ,a good breakfast not much for lunch, dinner only one sweets then stick it back over your mouth ,strict discipline its hard i know ,but it will work and you loose weight
