You probably installed or accidentally deleted a program that interfered with these scripts. Contact Dell Support or try to find out what program might have caused this.

You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

Yes, do scan for virii/spyware, but the best way to restore your system files involves your operating system disc. Insert it, go to start>run, type cmd and hit enter. Type “sfc /scannow” (no quotes) at the prompt and hit enter. This should take twenty to thirty minutes, and will check and restore system files like your dlls. If you do not have your system disc, you can simply type the dll name into Google and download them to c:\windows\system32 from the internet (but try this option last before taking it to a shop, make backups of the files you’re replacing, and try to make sure the site is trustworthy. Scan the files with antivirus once downloaded). If that doesn’t work, your next best option is probably a repair install.

Thank you all so much, I will try the anti spyware download first…. its scary to be a novice at this…. if you have any vehicle problems, feel free to ask me, I do cars and trucks, gas, diesel and auto transmissions…lol even the computer control end of things, we dont work inside the computers, just make sure signals get to them , and go to where they should when sent,
Thanks again
