All I know is being kicked in the shin reallt REALLY hurts and always bruses… maybe its just a sensitive spot? I mean there is no muscle or fat to absorbe the impact.

the best way to treat it is with the RICE method. Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation.

….really light?

If you are positive it was “Really Light” you should
go to your Medical Doctor to have it checked out.

Maybe your muscles were a little sore from playing and the kick just set of the pain.
