Hi…

.I would like someone to point me in the right direction. I bought a massage chair off ebay. It’s a big one. It worked fine until my grandson started fooling with the control panel, pushing buttons like crazy. Now the massage part still works but the hydraulics that lift the feet and body up and down are locked up or something. I am trying to find out who to call in the Greater Cincinnati are that could work on this, perferably in my home. I couldn’t take it anywhere. Can anybody give me any information?

the only thing that I can think of is to find the manufacturer’s information and contact them. Many larger manufacturers will let you send it to them, they sometimes will pay for shipping and pick it up (even without the original proof of purchase) as long as it is less than a year old. Good Luck

Thanks for replying but I have had it for a long time and I think my husband would take a hammer to it before he would help me move it from this house. I haven’t been able to get a hold of the guy I bought it from on Ebay. I was hoping he could just give me some ideas of who to contact. Thanks again

Hello,

I am specialist in massage chair repairs. If problem has not been resolved by now. Please, email photos of massage chair, handset or remote control to:

erepairs (at) rediffmail (dot) com

If posible, take photos of the actuator motors, as well. An actuator motor is the motor that moves either the backrest or footrest.

Actuator motors can be found, ususally, underneath the seat.

Make sure the model number or any other number printed or shown on the actuator motor is well visible.

Please, also supply, the model number of the chair.
