make yourself a timetable to even out the time you do your work. make sure you get at least 7hours of sleep at night. theres no point staying up all night doing it because you may make mistakes and not do as well as you could. just relax. and plan how you will do this work beforehand. that way you dont have to worry about getting it done if you stick to your schedule.

Just know that you need only 2 hours of sleep to function correctly, and set your schedule from there. While I do not condone not sleeping, I can honestly say that I rarely get the right amount of sleep. Although, you should ideally be getting six to eight hours of sleep, there’s not a definite amount of hours that we need to sleep, because everyone has their own natural sleeping schedules set up. Some people only need to sleep six to be perfectly fine, others have to have eight to feel great and refreshed. Remember, quality of sleep over quantity of hours of sleep. Anyway, now that I’ve been sidetracked a bit, try drinking caffeinated drinks and and fruit to help keep you up at night a bit longer. Try drinking a lot of water, as that helps as well. Maybe every once and a while, you can wash your face with cold water as well. If you feel absolutely too sleepy to continue on or function correctly while doing your coursework, then I recommend you take a quick power nap that ranges from 20-35 minutes. Those always help me out. Heh, I realize that I’m a bit late replying to this post that is two days old, but I decided to reply anyway just you case you had to pull another all-nighter. Trust me, I’m pro at pulling them, as I do them all the time. :)
