I subscribed to Comcast Digital Service on November 19.
Your rep told me you would take care of cancelling my AT&T account. I received a bill from AT&T on Friday. I contacted them this morning to ask why. My account was never cancelled! I would like to know why and inquire as to who is going to pay this bill for $62.01 to AT&T. My current phone number is -. When I called AT&T she said she could not disconnect me and it is your responsibility! You need to call them to cancel -. She also told me that your company should have contacted them if I wanted to keep the same number. Your rep told me I had to make that request. Either your reps are not properly trained or are just too lazy to follow through.!
