My boss wants to do a “Color Excerise”

to Better understand us/employees. When searching online about “Coor Excerise” its more of a personality test which im afraid it can hender my chances of getting future jobs or have this test used against me. Are there any ways i can decline to take this test?

Don´t sweat it, look at it as a fun way to know yourself better. You might be the employee he is looking for - or you might find that your job isn´t what you really want to spend your time on for future benefits (this means “your happiness”). Just do it ! and do not let imagined fear take hold on you ;)

Just to be honest I feel like this is more of an invaison of privacy, which i should be entitled to decline. since we have to come in on a saturday (we dont work weekends) and spend 3+hours doing this.

You could always take the test online somehow and learn how to trick it…

Here in Iceland you get paid for attending staff meeting after regular hours……and if it´s more than 2 hours you would get paid for 4 hours (maybe you should come work in Iceland he he) yes I thought about tricking it but that isn´t going to help you, you will feel like a phony and probably become paranoid and NOT be happy about yourself - donæt sell your soul, please ! Stay true to yourself and at least get paid for those 3 hours
