Hello,
I have all week tried to talk to a person and have been on hold for over an hour, which is ridiculous! On Saturday, December 8, Chris came to install telphone service and cable. However, the telephone was to be hooked up differently, I’m not sure what was needed, and didn’t get done. Also, my telphone number has been released from Cavalier to keep my same telephone number as 517/488-0513, and nothing has been done about that. The number that was given to me by Comcast is 517/580-8877. I need for someone to contact me today at my work number at 517/353-2270 or this evening at home.
