hello out there, my name is richard lindeman.

I am 47 and i have a wife and 1 son. i have a problem that i cant handle anymore. my family is suffering so much, i had to have back surgery about three yrs ago after trying to keep working as a electrician for 21 yrs. after the surgery i didnt get better, well today three surgery,s later i am in chronic pain and have lost feeling in left arm and hand.they have operated on my back two times to try to open up area for nerves but it has fully collapsed now. the dr. said all that was left was a spinal fusion of back. my hand cramps and the fingers are pulling in or atrify as they call it has set in. they did surgery on my arm twice to stop atrify. but its not better. i just hurt all the time. i am taking pain meds to help but it still never stops and the hurt of watching my family have to go through this is worse than anything. i cant get any kind of help from social security or state at all. we have filed bankruptcy about 4 months ago so we could try to keep home and now we still cant pay the bills. i cant work i cant even stand up very long,i cant pick up anything or bend over. my wife is working to try to keep us going i am so ashamed to be writing this it is so terrible to be like this oh god help me please help. i dont know what to do every state agency says im not eligable for anything, i dont understand it. its been 3 yrs of hurting and trying to get help im so sick ofthis. i just want my wife and son to get to live a normal life. someone tell me what to do please. i need to know how to get the state ( La. ) to help me and social security . they turn me down every time .i am disabled but they say i dont qualify for any finacial help. this is not the way its supposed to be. any help to get my family back to living happy would be so thankfull, im not to prideful to ask for help any more, i dont care what it is, its better than just giving up and dying please. thank you ricky .

I would contact a attorney in your area that handles these kind of things because all agencies bet on the fact that you will go away so they don’t have to pay you and when it gets to this point and you have a doctor backing you evidently or you wouldn’t be on pain medication then you need a lawyer to help you and your family get the help that you need. This will give you the power back and strength that you need to get back on your feet. Good Luck and I hope this helps.

I have a friend name Don Dulock who has spend his entire life savings to become depressed free, even down to a device implanted in his body that is suposed to help. The device has been in him over a year and NO change. He just came home from a hostipal in Dallas tx. that had a 2 month services and he is worse now than when he left to go. He said he has done all he can do and he is going to end IT. as of 7-22-08 . I”ve talked to him as well as my brother and we have Pray and I do beleive God can make a way. If there is anything you can do Please call him or pray or what ever your program can or wants to do. Thank you, Charlene

Ask for a spinal cord stimulator. I got one and it changed my life - no more chronic pain.
