Give him a slap upside the head then get him in a head lock and say ” You smell, You have no friends and your mom dresses you funny” Of course depending on how disabled you are.

But honestly, think about why people pick on other people. Why? Because it makes them feel better about their pathetic lives they have. Someone will only get you angry if you let them. If you laugh at this boy and make him feel really small, in the nicest possible way, you will find yourself better off.
