Anyting anyone can tell me about DLL files would be great.

What is a good program to decompile them and if there is some way of finding out what program was used to compile a DLL file.

You need the source codes for windows and most other programs that use DLL files. So prety much unless you know how to decipher source codes and wright programs in different code language you realy cant do much with the DLL files. Hope this helps :-)

I see that your a Startrek fan. If your intrested in learning programing heres a couple of links that you should try Programming C E101.1 http://www.download.com/3000-2251_4-1… Programming in C in 7 days 1.01 http://www.download.com/3000-2125_4-7… Its a good start then you can move on to different programing languages like Java, JavaScript, Pearl, HTML and others which are way to many to list. I have it setup as a home server right now untill I can afford a T2 connection which then I will hook it up with public access to it. Right now DSL is too slow of a connection for public use the download speed is good but the upload is realy slow, and you need the upload speed to make it work realy good as a web server. I use it also to do work for Bonic. Heres a link to it http://boinc.berkeley.edu/ I participat in these programs
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_u… and all of the PC’s run at 100% processor use 24/7. Good luck with learning to program. Hope this helps :-)
