Happiness normally comes from yourself not other people. Unless you can find someone or something that can make you happy its not going to work. Make friends with people that are in a less pressuring crowd, Parties are obviously not making you happy. and whatever your doing right now isnt pleasing you either, focus on yourself so that you can be happy when you need to be and avoid the pain of sadness. It sounds complicated and it is, but its totally worth it once you get things worked out. Just give it time and try to slow your life down a little, and things will start to look up.

what is making you feel lost? Did something happen to make you feel this way? or just life in general?

i see you have a dog, that’s a good start. dogs, cats, horses (ie. huggable pets) will NOT let you down…people do. just live your life with what you know now, experience and mistakes will teach you. crying is a good release, then you have to wake up the next day to face this reality all over again. regardless what you think about a higher being…just maybe there is…it would not hurt to talk to him/her/it and believe (at least one out of the group…lol)WILL help you.
