you know before you start putting actual checmicals in your body…. sometimes something as simple as a cough drop or a piece of hard candy can be the trick. Bring some to class with you and pop em when you feel likeyour to obored. Sometime s its enoiugh of a physical distractionto be sucking on something that makes paying attention a little easier. I used to give all my adhd kids hard candy espeically during tests and thier scores went up!
