i need some help here.

i just reviewed my ssi application summary and saw that the year of my residence is wrong. also, i need to change the date of when i became disabled because i gave the date of when i originally had agoraphobia, not the date of my car accident that cause it to come back. i gave the age of my disability for the time of my accident. im reallyt worried here because this was all a mistake. my application is already probably being reviewed. i said this summary was corract to the best of my knowledge in which i thought it was. but now im seeing i made some mistakes. how do i get myself out of this with no problems? i had this interview about four months ago. Here is my edit: This is fraud. I know how long I’ve lived at my address. I know my age. I have never had agoraphobia. I have never used help.com. I don’t know where you got this but it was not from me. I don’t even know why this was sent to me? This is not my true post. I think someone is trying to get my information. This post makes no since to me. I think it is fraud.

I think someone is trying to get my information without my information. I have never had agoraphobia. and I would know how long I’ve lived at my address and I know my age. I think this is fraud and should be investagated. I have never sent anything to help.com.
