lol i had the same problem….it’s a usb controller right? i’m assuming you had a wireless controller before…okay…there is a hidden door on the base of your xbox (front panel)…if you flip it in (latch door) you’ll be able to see the usb ports…plug and play….merry christmas to you..and happy gaming!
