Find help: I’m trying to transfer a couple of games from my laptop to my desktop. - Help.com

I’m trying to transfer a couple of games from my laptop to my desktop.

I first tried doing that by way of my external hard drive, but I got an error message saying that the file was too large (even though I have > 30 Gb both ways). To bypass that, I extracted the .iso’s and then transferred, which worked. But now, I’m trying to find a way to reconvert the extracted files/subfolders back into the original .iso file (image) for mounting on my desktop’s virtual drive. I’ve tried a couple of programs (like Evolution from complexnt.com) but all it really does is make a copy of the extracted directory and makes the extension .iso. So, the result after mounting and clicking on the virtual drive just becomes an explorer-like view of the extracted files/subfolders unlike the usual…where the game pops up.
If someone could help me, that would be great. I’m stumped and frustrated…

Burning the .iso to a dvd or cd doesn’t work for you?

Um, it would have been easier if you just used winrar and broken the iso into pieces then transfered it. There are just something that are too hard to do, like making extracted files back into an iso. Good luck.
