http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll…
have u tried this? this is the exact dll file which is missing, so after you download read the README file in it and copy the DLL file into where it is said.

don’t forget that if your file option is “dont show hidden files” you may not be able to see the file so enable it and then copy

Did what I was told, but then got an ifc23.dll error message. Then I figured maybe it’s just as well. I’m too addicted to civ3 anyway, and as I work freelance, it eats up time. Never really could get into civ4, but maybe that’s just as well too. Thanks for your advice.

I feel that the eloquent way in which you feel, is so very, very similar to how i feel, and in my opinion, as i’ve analyzed it over, over, over again; and for the vast majority of my life time, with ability to transition and chang for many, many years now, ha remained a constant nightmare. I feel so deeply in love about 3 years ago, married the woman whom i still cherishe and love, yet she screwed me over in so very many ways I can’t recount them.
So, I ask, what the hell is the use of being hurt, heart-broken, disappointed, down, depressed, lonely, isolated, hollow, empty, betrayed, less than understood, and ALL of the other descriptors that paint a clear picture of someone in deep, unrelentless distress, pain, and unforgiving agony. I GIVE up, and it’s not a matter of….. but of when, where, how?
