Does your lease say 30 day notice to you?
Review the lease, sue him if he didn’t give you enough warning that your agreement states, you could make a killing off this.

Will he give you the optino to purchase the condo? You may be able to keep the home and have a lower payment?

Good Luck!

Thank you. I do not have a lease, she never wanted to renew. I was thinking that i would not have to vacate soon, but i am sure that her husband wants us out.
Does anyone know how much longer i would be able to stay, lets say that she has a buyer i am guessing that the process would be like 45days? assuming that she has a buyer. i am confident that it will probably take a while, as they are selling it for way above the market price.

It really depends on the buyer once it’s bought. They could move in the day after they buy it, your rental agreements with the current landlord not the next person.
Start looking now, look HARD. PAck as your are looking as well. Everyday pack something.

In Florida it could take at least about 3 month, if social services gets involved, it could be extended to about 6 months, and dont worry about if you have a lease or not, you are already there and paying rent

they will have to evict you and social services could step in and have the eviction process challenged because of the child and the elderly.
Florida is totally different than kentucky mischiefdragon.
I used to have to explain the entire process to landlords there all the time. And actually if the issue is pressed, hotels there can have a problem if they allow guests to stay longer than a day or 2.
