YEp, I can totally relate when feeling down, I do not want to do anything. But, sometimes if we can table our worries so to speak, consciously say to ourselves, look, I am not happy, I want this and that to be different, but I am going to dive into this studying for a half hour and do my best.

Take some deep breathes and relax. I can relate as I’ve said, but it sounds to me you are really in fear mode. Slow down, all you can deal with right now is….right now.

Maybe write down your major concerns in short sentences on one side of paper, and next them, start jotting down small steps you can take to solve them, do not edit or second guess it. Also, allow yourself to write down without editing what your major dreams are.

Stop thinking you are a victim. You are capable of getting through this and finding solutions.

Sorry, to be so long typing, but I thought, too, can you trust one of your friends/acquantences to take them aside and say, hey, can I talk to you about some stuff?

See if you can deepen the relationship a little by asking for a little support.

If this has been an ongoing condition you may want to see a Dr.

You can have friends here, try to put into words about your feeling. It the next best thing than having someone their with you.

Think of us as your pen pals! Then maybe you will be able to study.

bloody lethargy - i hate that about being down - sometimes you just have to force yourself to do stuff and usually being active will destract you from being down
but seriously if you very down talk to someone - i know it may seem hard or embarassing either because you think they wont understand or you think your problems are trivial - just talk about
Goodluck and God Bless
