my new laptop that runs on windows vista keeps saying there is a critical error and that a virus is causing it.

the computer keeps telling em to download and buy anti spam products but i KNOW its a scam done by a Trojan virus, how do i delete the Trojan virus?

Trojans can be hidden pretty deep,id download an anti virus thing if i didnt already have one,beware!!!:do not download spy sheriff or rogue remover!

yea get an anti virus thingy.. jw what kind of laptop do u have? cuz i just got an Acer that has Windows Vista and I’m having trouble making a back up disk

yes i bought a trend antivirus kit.
it is basically the same as the one you download. Mine did that at first but i got my antivirus. I talked to the people at best buys and they said i shouldnt get on the internet till i gwt it all loaded, making me suggest you go with a non downloadable version.
