First realize that you have the rest of your life to make it up.
If you don’t want to live no more, you are just givin up.
So don’t give up, but don’t go to far, be kind and polite about it, and keep on living your regular life without her.
As for her saying you need help, you did something that you shouldn’t have done or you’re doing stuff you shouldn’t be doing, so STOP. D:

Also, try an emotional reverse, be happy for some very odd reason.
Like be happy that grass is green and not fluorescent purple. - I’m kidding.

You must be feeling alone now without her, but realize this, you were someone before you met her and began dating her. Putting all who you are in a relationship always spells disaster. No one should be that important that you place all of who you are, and once were into someone else. No one can make you happy, that falls solely on your shoulders.

Rekindle the dreams you once had, and the hobbies. Perhaps writing your feelings down on paper, along with goals and the cons and pros of breaking up.

It sounds like you need a much needed break from life, and use this time to get to know you again. Be stronger for the next person you get involved with so that you do not loose a part of you again. Your parnter should compliment you, not carry you. They should not be a trophy or bling on your arm. Together you both accentuate the good qualities you share both together and singularily. The next girl is waiting around the corner of the turning point of your life.
Perhaps talking to someone professional, if you have had these feelings for quite some time, make sure you are getting enough sleep, and eating healthily to keep your mind alert and focused.
Don’t beat yourself up about the break up, you must have valid reasons, don’t second guess yourself now, often times the first choice is the right choice.

Your friend, Shannon

Wow. I was going to comment, but I think Shannon’s comments pretty much suffice.

I don’t know the circumstances, but sometimes it’s the guilty one who likes to place the blame…just a thought.

Hang in there. There have been lots of people breaking up these last few weeks, myself included. I feel your pain. But no relationship is worth more than your life.

TAKE IT BACK!!!!! You can do it! If you don’t believe me go back through some of my posts…you’ll realize you’re not alone in this struggle!

We’re here for you!

last year my dad passed away and then my boyfriend dumped me a month and a half later. i tried to hang myself because i struggled. but what i did was i went into the old routine of life before i was with my ex and kept to a structure i could keep hold of. i think the best thing to do is always rely and depend on urself, that way you can never get hurt. holding onto others out of fear and self protection to make you feel whole is self destructing. rejection can be hard for humans because we all do want to be loved and wanted.

if you have lacked love in your life when you were younger and that need wasn’t met then its harder to you to like yourself and be strong. Help yourself and find new good healthy cheerful people in your life who will treat you good. remember, not every1 on this earth is going to like you and u can;t make people like you, but you can find people who already would. you can’t change your girlfriend, but you can find some1 who will like you already.
