borrowing is not a solution its the cause. Depending on who you owe makes a difference when you need to negotiate your bills.

Sorry we all have bill to pay the difference is that unless you make a budget and stick to it you will never recover from debt. If your unemployed go to your local command labor and get some temp work. You can set it up to get paid daily or weekly. Hope this helps :-)
