You need to contact your ISP, they’ll be able to provide you your PPPoE.

well in order to access your PPPoE settings you must first connect your device to the comp, then on the startup area on the bottom of your screan will be a computer showing a wireless sign.
double click it.
Then click the tab that says support.
Click details.
Then it gives you all your info.

this may take a few moments though depending on your knowlage to access your comps data base also after getting the info, connect the device to your 360 or any other consle and put in the data.
Finally you should be able to play.
