For some reason my computer won’t let me go onto any new create-a-wrestlers for Smackdown vs.

Raw. I just got Charter if that might have something to do with it.

I do not think so. If there is a problem, it might the change in IP (Internet Provider) address between what you used to have for an IP address with your old ISP (Internet Service Provider) and the new Charter IP. In other words it does not recognize the Charter IP. You may have to resign up for your “Smackdown vs Raw”.
