you should really try to eat smaller meals. Do not eat until you are full. Eat just enough to curb your appetite. Do not eat before you go to bed. No snacks with sugar and fat. You really need to eat a very healthy diet. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Most of all, do not starve yourself. That can take the weight off fast, but your body will eat away all of your muscle first and then eat away your fat. Then, when you begin eating again, all of your metabolism is gone from not eating. So you will gain all of the weight you lost and possibly more. You also need to keep active! Start off with going for walks, do aerobics… just get your body moving. don’t lose hope. Your body will not change overnight. I lost over 35 lbs by doing this and have never gone back to my old habits. It is a life changing thing and you have to commit to it. No cheating. I have never had more energy and feel great now. Good Luck!

Losing weight very fast can be dangerous to your health.
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at

All of the advice on here is way too general to be of much help to you, I am an expert in these things so trust me when I say this: You need a definite plan of attack with specifics if you are a novice to exercise and dieting. I suggest that you join a professional health club that offers a personal trainer that can work with you everytime you go in and give you the proper instruction in weight training, aerobics and dieting. Unless you are an unusually highly motivated person and a quick study you will probably fail on your own as more than 90 percent of people do. Don’t get discouraged; get some help in the right way to go about this instead.

It is all about calories in and calories out. Eat smaller portions and exercise. Trust me it works
