i need help because my job is stressing me out to where id rather hurt myself and wind up in the hospital so i dont have to go tomorrow…

ive been looking for another one, but i cant just quit without a backup because I have rent and bills to pay… i dont know what to do…

i work with special education kids… but its not the kids, its the crack pot staff that get me down. they dont treat the kids right, they lie constantly, and treat the aides like they are 12 year olds, and are very disrespectful to us. i am just sick of being treated like that… and the pay isnt even worth it… its only $8 an hour and its not considered full time cause we only get 30 hours a week. its ridiculous

its been done, numerous times, by numerous people… they will put on an act for the rest of the day and then go back to how they were before… idk why they dont just fire em already! its really only a select bunch of people who are like that… but i work with them in the classroom i am in..

ive been calling in sick for the past week… because i literally feel sick to my stomach at the thought of being stuck in a room with these people for 6 1/2 hours a day. this cant be healthy? i dont think i can get unemployment if i get myself fired by calling in sick all the time… and ive only been there for barely 6 months… i cant survive without a job… i really dont know what to do, i so torn…
