I don’t know about that exactly, but there is likely a risk with any kind of stimulants when pregnant, even caffeine.

good question. I’m not sure. Of course the question has more to do with caffeine (not coffee)which can be found in soda’s as well as chocolate and many other products. I suppose millions of women drink or eat caffeine when they are pregnant but since caffeine is a vaso-constrictor, I personally wouldn’t recommend it. Any time you are constricting or reducing your blood flow, to an unborn baby, that cannot be a good thing.

Well, I don’t drink soda at all and I only have a cup of coffee a day, but I suppose that still wouldn’t be good for my baby…crap

Without knowing your full medical history, it would be hard to say if you should drink any coffee while pregnant. Your doctor is your best resource for that question.
