omg…. first off.. how old are you… i commend you for knowing that this is just plain wrong… if talking to your parents is not an option.. you could call the child abuse hotline.. it is totally confidential.. you do not have to give your name… they will ask if you want to give your name.. but you dont have too… as this can get out… trust me.. im a mandated reporter… and my name was given out in court… so.. my suggestion is to keep it all confidential… the number is as follows…

Monsters aren’t born, they’re created. This guy has deep issues. Try ot make him see them. If not, report him to the authorities and they will make him. If its minor stuff, tell your folks and get them to humiliate him and remind him that he has a responsibility to those kids to bring them up correctly.

being a mandated reporter… it is legal to ’spank’ your child.. as long as its with an open hand on the bottom.. and only if it doesnt leave any kind of mark.. including hand print or welts and bruises… althoug i dont recommend hitting a child in any shape or form… it is the law… however.. beating them.. with an object or beating them over and over … instead of one light bump to the bottom is child abuse… also.. if the child is being hit anywhere other than the hiny.. it is child abuse..

You can make an anonymous phonecall to either the police or child social services and report everything, by law they have to check every report so even if youdon’t leave your name they have to take it serious, I know this may be hard for you but please do it, if you don’t who will?

You oughta check out all the nifty advice in the bible. Some of it is pretty horrific. Do you really follow that book or do you pick and choose?
