Simple if everyone in the world here never exercised, we’ll all be obese and have no activity. People will have no reason to get up in the morning for school or for jobs. Most likely without fitness we can’t get around anywhere…

So you can keep healthy, and be strong and in good shape. Then things are a little easier.

Yeah what Dan said. People move quicker with our health that in which fitness is involved in everyday life, unless your a sack of dead potatoes :[ Lol jk jk. But it really is. People should take it more seriously nowadays. Have you ever seen that 400 lbs [[or more]] 7 year old kid? Here’s the url:

Click on that and see that it’s no laughing matter. I feel bad for the girl but the reason why she’s getting fat is because of what her parents are feeding her and she has no exercise!

It’s important to keep fit too just for your mental health. I’ve read that people that don’t exercise regularly are more likely to suffer depression as well. If you’re in the doldrums sometimes just getting out of the house and getting a little physical activity can help a lot.

Exercise for-fills a number of very important functions. Over millions of years we have evolved to move, the very fact that we can stand, walk, and run on two legs as developed our bodies to meet the challenges of the day…running after food, fighting off our enemies etc.
Today we don’t have these challenges so our bodies are no longer starved of food or need to move to the same extent as our ancestors did for survival, so we end up putting on weight.
Exercise takes the place of hunting and fighting and we all should do our bests to do some exercise every week!
