The candle that are plain (white) burn faster because the don’t hold as many chemical but if the candles were coloured then they hold more chemicals and are a lot heavier!!!

o and also it depend on the type of wax…so my previous one was wrong…color does not matter it depends on the type of was

Right on the Money!
Petroleum Based Wax Candles burn at a different rate
than Organic Virgin Wax Candles.

It all depends what you want the candle to do, Fragrance,
Low Light or Long Lasting etc., etc.,etc.

If u are comparing colored with white here is your place. The answer to this question would be yellow a light color. This is because of the light coloring in the cloring holds a type of liquid in it. It is called clourfiled and this makes the wick alot stronger.

OMG! u ppl have no idea what ur talkin about. colored candles burn faster because the white candles reflect the photons of white light and the flame! A darker, colored candle absorbs the photons causing the wax more easily to melt, therefore the candle burns hotter and faster! DUH!
