I get this to time and again. My doct. suggested it could be from low blood suger or low blood pressure but couldn’t make a firm diagnosis unless I was able to get there while it was happening. Would be instresting to drive that way =P

Hi

I also get this a couple of times a year it is very scary and I have no idea what it is. I am not cold but it can be triggered by cold weather. I get it sometimes a couple of hours after exercise I think my blood pressure might be going to low. Did anyone come back with any good advice?

Yeh, I just did some Mixed Martial Arts training again after a few week break, and I just got it about 15 minutes ago. Its like 40 degrees, 71 yesterday, and I was in shorts and a shirt, took of my shirt and started shivering realy hard, almost thought I was having a seisure or something. I layed in bed under the cover to warm up, my feet felt very cold. put some sox and sweats on, and thank god its gone. scared the hell out of me for a second.

I was told that it might mean I have anemia. I shiver all the time and my boyfriens always teases me about it. He thinks it’s cute. But maybe its beacause I’m living in the USA but I’m from Soth Africa…LOL
