In the Woody Guthrie tune above ( http://help.com/post/124216-see-emily… — i.e. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5q2_Py… ), Mr. Guthrie sings “I’m a lookin’ for a job at honest pay”… — and that got me to thinking: Why do some people expect to be able to get something for free? If people look for something for “free”, isn’t that a little bit like robbing the person(s) who create whatever that free thing is? Of course if it’s “worthless”, then “free” is the right price — but then no one would really want it, right?

To me, the result of this seems that “for free” is either highway robbery or enslavement. Would you support either of those? If not, then I guess you would look for something for “free”, right?

“I’m a lookin’ for a job at honest pay… — and I ain’t gonna be treated this way!!

;D
