Greetings All,

I have spent this week thinking about what I am grateful for. Right now, a great many of us are facing adversity that shakes us to the core. I am watching some of my friends in the challenges of “their career” as human beings. I observe in my own struggles that they usually have very little to do with physical circumstance, but rather a deep seeded underlying, and usually self limiting belief. When I observe my outside reality shaking and begining to crumble I stop focusing on what is falling apart and start looking within to see what is emerging. For me, when I have a reality shake down, it is to leave my roots exposed so I can see just what belief I am holding onto, that no longer serves me…It never fails, when your world crumbles, it is to make way for the new and improved, and I have come to recognize this seemingly negative experience as a time to celebrate the change taking place. As the catepillar goes inside and then sheds it’s outer reality to emerge transformed, so to do we experience metamorphisis. I believe the key in this process is perspective. Don’t get caught up on what is walking out of your life, falling away, or leaving, go through this change with awareness, and faith. We create our realities. If you have asked for something new in your life, expect shift to occur, expect some growing pains….(they are a good sign you are indeed growing) and surrender to allow the new you to step forth. I don’t know if a catepillar knows it will turn into a butterfly….Maybe it just knows it is time for change, maybe it is tired of getting stepped on, regardless it follows it’s instinct, and is one of my favorite brave little embassadors in life. Who’s to say it even knows what to do with those new wings…but if it is natural, you will find a way, just like the butterfly. Here we are at my favorite time of year, fall/ Everything that has served it’s purpose is falling away and making room for new growth. I don’t think the tree’s fret loosing their leaves, so let’s take heart in this very natural cycle, and celebrate our own personal change! If something is leaving your world, maybe it no longer serves the you that you are in the process of becoming, and instead of fighting with it, honor it, and be grateful for what you sahred, what it/they taught you. An attitude of grattiude goes a long way…. Peace
