if it’s normal gum that is a lot of suger in one day (the lable should tell you how much)…make sure you brush your teeth :) and if it’s suger free then you should look into what type of fake suger stuff they put in it. when you find out what kind…then you should check and see if it’s bad for you…like they say the kind of fake suger that is in suger free yogart is harmful if you are pregnet.

I eat one peace maybe for 5 minutes about once a mounth.

I do about half a pack to a full pack in a day.. It’s a pretty bad addiction, but better than some other things I guess.

I’ve noticed that gum can be addictive somehow. Years ago I had quit smoking and switched to gum, and just like I couldn’t drive without smoking, I then found I couldn’t drive without chewing gum. I went through a lot of gum then… not just driving, but whatever I was doing I needed gum in my mouth. Unfortunately I’m a smoker again… but then more recently I started to chew gum when I’d take a walk to the park. Soon enough I was craving that gum again and very upset if I didn’t have any on me… I just NEEDED to have it.

But yeah, I think that’s a lot of gum for one day… must be addicted!! :)
