We need help.
We are a family of four and our landlord has decided that he wants to sell the house that we live in. If we had a lease this wouldn’t be a big problem, but he never asked us to sign a new one when the old one expired in Aug. 2007. We pay our rent and our other bills and take care of our children. We aren’t on public aid of any kind and we pay our taxes. What we do not have is good credit or any savings. We currently live in MI, but my husband is from PA. The economy is much better there. Cheaper rent and more jobs. I have been accepted to the Univercity of Pittsburgh for their nursing program to be an RN. I found a place to rent in PA that only costs $650 per month versus the $1000 per month that we pay here. The problem is that I do not have the money for the move. We need $650 for the first months rent, $650 for the deposit and $400 for the moving truck we will have to rent. If anyone can help us we would greatly appreciate it. We do not have family that can help and we do not qualify for any public funds because we both work. We would be more than happy to pay you back. Thanks to everyone who reads this and anyone who has suggestions for what we can do or can help us.
