Snar

A smile

Flits quickly over cold lips
Disappearing even faster into the vacuous vastness of it all
But still it lingers upon his my mind
Is it wrong to have loved such a thing?
Even though it never really stayed
Never really was
And remains so far away?
My friend I’d have to say
I’ll treasure it every day
By hand and ear
My darling dear
Forever it shall play

Another poem cus people said they liked the last one I posted, enjoy! Thanks for the feedback last time, I hope you guys can take a look at this one too… I was having a downer of a day till I posted the other one and you guys turned it back into a good day so, heres my thankyou present!

:) thanks, im glad you could extrapolate somethin from it. I intend to live as happy of a life as I can, its my goal to enjoy myself as much as I can because I only get one! I’ll definitely be postin more of my poems the less worried I get with disclosing em, itll be a while afore my favourites but maybe I can dig up a few others tonite….

A sudden happiness has found me
Clutched me tight and flown me off
Into the forests of the sun
And as a smile creeps across
A tired and weathered face
Somewhere a bird must be singing
A newborn crying
And an old man dying

with that i bid farewell keep it going… artists find meaning in the overlooked and find peace were there was thought to be only confusion, they can bring into perspective or open our eyes…truly make the world go round
