I THINK WAY TOO MUCH!

! how do i feel more accomplished? i work alot but i feel like im getting nothing done, i can’t sleep and i could be going mildly insane.. i want to feel like im doing somthing right but dont know how too. everytime i start feeling good about somthing i overthink it and fall right back down into being down on myself. how do i just let go of myself long enough to get a grip?

i keep starting artistic projects to try and fill the gap, but then get half done and think ‘’i could have done this better, i wasted my time'’

not so much that its like this, i work everyday to provide for my family, i come home and feel like im missing out on my kids growing up i feel like abad father i dont know i get so depressed at times because i just cant figure out “who i am” i feel lost

We all put things off,some more than others.It’s a habit. when it interferes with work etc.it;s unhealthy and we need meds or a councelor etc.You may or may not have mental problems.See your doctor or other pro.if it worsens.DON”T PUT THAT OFF.make that your #1 priority.And you said yourself ‘I think too much.thats at the heart of the problem.Work get exercise,and stimulate your curious mind in a productive way.If u don ‘t have a job,try to get a job/career that is intellectually satisfying.
