I AM IN DESPERT NEED FOR HELP WITH PAST DUE ELECTRIC BILL, Big Sandy Rural Electric OF PAINTSVILLE KENTUCKY.

My mobel home is total electric . I am disabled on ssi cause of precancer problems in stomach , colon , and chronic thyroid diease and do got an daughter in college . I need help with my electric bill until May 2008.I yet need help of July 2008 for past due power bill and help with my daughter’s college funds for Marshall University West Va for next 3 years starting this fall semester Aug 2008 . Jayboy Junio I have no way to contact you after you answered my profile sent an note , yes I need your help financialy .
