There is no “cure all” trojan remover, otherwise trojans probably wouldn’t exist as a problem.

Search for a free anti-virus on Google, or whatever search engine floats your boat. Run a scan, and see what pops up.

Go to http://download.com and get these programs. AD-Aware, Spybot search and destroy, CCleaner and and if you dont have an Antivirus program you can use Avast or AVG, and for your firewall a good program is Zone Alarm. Install these programs and run them regulary. This will keep your system clean and running properly. These programs are free and Download.com is a part of CNET (the site that your posting on right now). Hope this helps :-)

How do you remove a “TROJAN”, very carefully after use. You might try;
http://www.microtrend.com/
also.

I generally advise most of my clients that, if you can get online go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ . Click on Scan, this is a free online service and will check for viruses, trojans and greyware. It will also remove any infections without paying for anything extra. Then as the previous posters have suggested download ONE of the free anti-virus programs, spyware removal and Ad-ware removal software for a more permanent solution. I also recommend downloading Ccleaner; it will give you the ability to clean out a lot of unnecessary files. After you have downloaded the programs you need and removed any infections don’t forget to defrag your hard drive.
