What do you do when you accidentally delete files from Windows Components?

I just did that when trying to get rid of Windows Messenger and Outlook Express but actually those were the only two checked, so everything else kinda got deleted/uninstalled I guess? How do I get them back?? I already tried going to Windows/Microsoft Update, Recycle Bin, and even System Restore, but there’s no restore point for today so…yeah am I screwed?

^If the component is checked, does that mean it’s gonna be installed?

^What if it’s not checked but installed? Will it be removed?
