Is there a specific policy for becoming an established “longtime” Help.com user?

I guess I’m just getting frustrated by the pending approval queues for using allegedly off-color words (not to be confused with flat-out profanity—I’m good about that). Can I contact anyone directly to suggest the idea, or to be monitored, at the very least? How does it even work?

you become a long term user after 3 months - when a little hour glass timer will appear in your profile. The ‘off-color’ words you mentioned will always happen whether or not you are a long term user - its just help.com’s way of making sure nobody gets hurt :) hope this answers your Q :)
