I need help on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

So after the Pier 69 mission, your supposed to be able to access the boating school, but i cant find any trace of it! help!?

This guide says that it’s in Las Venturas. It’s been a few months since I beat it, so I don’t know how much that helps. Just look for any red “S”s.
