Dad+Neice— family
Alone— fear of solitude
Phone gets cut off — lost connection/ or fear of it
Natrual disaster— Somthing going very wrong

you say that they all have natrual disasters in ‘em that could mean somthing big going wrong that you cant control. Im just taking an educated guess but sounds like you are scared of being disconnected from what family you have and want to be wanted or just dont want to be alone.

Well, just remember that you don’t ONLY have nightmares… Those are just the ones you remember because you wake up in the middle of them. Whereas, while you’re having a normal dream, it comes and goes, and you sleep for another few hours… And when you wake up, there’s no way you’d remember it. :-)

But, have you ever been through a natural disaster? Are you facinated by extreme whether? For example, do you watch a lot of News, or Discovery channel, etc.?

These are anxiety dreams, reflecting the anxiety you are experiencing at the moment over something. Water in dreams is generally connected with the emotions.
So, it doesn’t mean that some big natural disaster’s going to happen - it means you feel frightened, anxious and vulnerable a lot - perhaps scared of losing something important to you emotionally - and it’s a sign that you should perhaps address this.
