I put mine in the washing machine on a delicate low heat wash, with the under wire ones and lace ones I wash by hand, lace will loose shape if in the washing machine and unerwire ones can damage the washing machine.
Just fill the sink with tepid water and add about 1/4 scoop or normal washing powder or special treatment and leave over night, in the morning all you need to do it give a little aggitation to them and rinse. If after that you still have “gunk” on them I would suggest not going topless while playing rugby :)
Bra’s should not get that dirty from a daily wear they are under clothes so the only dirt on them should only be your body produses.

In the washing machine.

How on earth do you get gunk on your bras?!

Never mind, don’t tell me, I really and truly do NOT want to know.
