i am truly unsre as to what it is. I feel alone, lost, clueless and my heart is hurting like it is being steped on and i cant breath. this has been going on for a good month i cant shake this feeling or play it off like every thing is ok. I am not OK

Go to a hospital if your heart is causing you pain the doctors and nurses will be able to help. i dont know if this will help im only 14 but i hope it does and i hope that you get better soon

I think anxiety attacks cause a tightness in the chest and make you feel you are unable to breath. You need to seek medical attention. I am still available to talk to. I had to take care of my sick child who needed a breathing treatment. I will continue to check back.

I am so lonley, this can’t be what life is about. I have NO joy, no friends, no support system no one. I am all alone. The pain is becoming to much for me to bear. I need help.
I have NO reason for getting up in the morning. Latley I have been dreaming of my deceased friend, Who committed suicide, herself. Maybe she is trying to tell me something. I hate this life that I am living!!!!
I feel like I have been cursed, by the curse of sadness.

I have had very deep dark sad periods in my life and once even was so hopeless that I took a bunch of pills - a cocktail of
Valium, Klonopin, Mellaril and Anafranil. I was out cold for almost two days and thank God when I came to I was pretty
fuzzy headed for a while but had no permanent brain damage.

So, please, no one should kill himself or herself. Whether you believe it or not, you have people who love you and there is
help available.
